Litigation Paralegal - Toxic Tort Defense

A well-established defense litigation firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join its high-volume Toxic Tort practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment and is looking to grow with a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation support in toxic tort matters
• Draft, organize, and respond to discovery
• Prepare deposition summaries and medical record summaries
• Assist attorneys with case management and trial preparation
• Review, analyze, and organize large volumes of case documents
• Maintain case files and ensure deadlines are met
• Coordinate with clients, experts, and legal professionals throughout the litigation process

Qualifications

• 2+ years of toxic tort defense litigation experience required
• Strong experience handling discovery in complex litigation matters
• Experience preparing deposition and medical record summaries
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a high-volume practice
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with legal technology and document management systems

Compensation

• Salary range: $75,000 to $100,000 annually
• Exceptional candidates may be considered up to $110,000

Work Hours

• 7.5-hour workday
